Cutting edge cookerySo yeah, not so cutting edge as cutting stuff up. Part of kitchen life. This week and last I've really found that I've fitted in and have something to do all the time - no more standing around, waiting to be told what to do, there's something to keep me going and working all the time. Which makes me happy, makes me feel part of the team - even though I know Frank and Greg could manage without me even if they were handcuffed to the bar trolley. And I really, really enjoy it.
